Bill Dully

Born, raised and educated on the East Coast with a bachelors Degree from Fairfield University, Bill came to California by way of the US Navy. Two tours of duty on the USS Hepburn FF-1055, in the Persian Gulf and Nuclear Weapons Guard, he was honorably discharged in 1989. Bill gained his operation experience at Champion products and Foremost Athletic manufacturing baseball uniforms for Little Leagues around the Country. In 1993, he joined Upper Deck Authenticated in Carlsbad Ca. as the Operations Manager and in less than one year orchestrated the companies first turn around for Upper Deck and was soon named Director of the company. Bill navigated UDA through four smooth years of compounded double digit growth in sales and profit. He strengthened the company authentication process, signed exclusive athletes, and created exclusive product lines for the hobby that are now part of memorabilia history. In 1998, because of his solid work performance the Upper Deck Board of Directors appointed him Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Operations of all Upper Deck Companies, beginning the companies second successful turn around for Upper Deck.

Innovations such as the Tiger Woods rookie card, MJ product lines, Sweet Spot, memorabilia cards, and Upper Deck Entertainment, were all introduced and distributed worldwide under his co-leadership.

In 2003, he left for Don Russ/Playoff where his experience led to one of the most dramatic company turnarounds in the industry. A historic brand with great tradition but lagged with performance challenges, debt issues, and trending towards some tough choice, for more than a decade. Bill brought Pat Tillman, Babe Ruth, Prime Cuts, Timeless Treasures to the marketplace. Coupled with numerous appearances on nationwide news and entertainment channels his leadership brought the spotlight and attention to Don Russ from 2003 to 2006. Don Russ earned the number one spot in sales for Baseball and Football cards two years in a row and Game of the Year for Yu YU Hakashu by In Gaming magazine in 2004. Bill remains the only executive to be number one in Football and Baseball trading card sales for two different companies in the modern hobby and trading card era. He is sought out by investment firms and private equity funds for his turn around expertise and sits on a Board of Directors for Ault Glazer investments and consults for Ray Taccolini the CEO of Activa Global. He joined Global Authentication in January 2008 as CEO and runs the company with Mike Baker, Steve Sipe and Steve Rocchi, his best and most experienced team ever.

Mr. Rocchi is one of the founding fathers of Global Authentication Inc. dating back to February of 2002. His tenure within the industry dates back to 1986. Mr. Rocchi's industry experience provides Global with a vast amount of resources that would be very difficult to duplicate. Mr. Rocchi spent 10 years with a Global competitor prior to joining our company.

MIKE BAKER

Director of Card Grading

Mike Baker began his professional career in the numismatic business in 1989 as a coin processor at the age of 20 for Professional Coin Grading Services (PCGS). In 1991, Mike became the first employee of Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), a sports card grading and authentication firm. He soon became the Director of Grading and over the next 10 years personally trained and managed the PSA grading staff, which at one point had a day and night shift operating. Mike helped establish an industry wide and accepted grading standard, applying a 1 to 10 scale based on the condition of a card, with over 10 million cards graded under this standard. He was appointed the youngest member of the Senior Management Team for Collectors Universe, the parent of PSA. He has been a pioneer in his field identifying a variety of counterfeit, altered, trimmed, and re-colored sports cards. He has personally graded 90% of the most expensive cards within the industry.

In 2002, Mike left for a newly formed authentication company, Global Authentication (GAI). Global Authentication opened its doors in February of 2002 and he currently serves as Director of Grading and Authentication. Mike is the longest serving professional grader in the country with over 17 years experience as a grader and authenticator of trading cards. He has personally graded millions of trading cards and is considered to be the best in the business. Mike has traveled extensively across the United States meeting and educating thousands of collectors on how to identify counterfeit and altered cards. He is the only professional card grader recognized as a court certified expert witness. He has been featured on ESPN, Fox News, KTLA, and Internet radio interview, 97.1 KLSX and recently on The Judge Judy Show as an expert witness. Mike has authored many articles on counterfeits and altered cards for collectible magazines and publications. His passion for his job and the business is amazing; he is a great asset to Global Authentication and the industry.

STEVE SIPE

Vice President of Business Development

Prior to joining Global Authentication Inc. Mr. Sipe was employed as Senior Manager of Athlete Relations for The Upper Deck Company, 1993 - 2001. From 1987 - 1993 Mr. Sipe served as Manager of Player Relations and Signings for Baseballs and More. Mr. Sipe brings 15 years of experience in the sports and memorabilia business to Global Authentication. In addition to managing all of the relationships with Upper Deck's top athletes under contract, Mr. Sipe was also in charge of the autograph acquisitions for Upper Deck card product and UDA memorabilia. He has been seen on CBS's 60 Minutes with Michael Jordan (FBI Operation Foul Ball) as well as numerous other hobby publications over the years. More on Steve Sipe
